01 — Churn
Too many tools, no standard.
Every month brings a new model. Teams trial tools, keep a few, drop the rest, and never settle on a common way of working.
Training · AI in the creative process
Talks, hands-on workshops and live online courses on AI for filmmaking, writing and music. Taught by people who use these tools on real productions every week.
Why teams come to us
Most creative teams already pay for AI tools. Very few have a shared way of using them.
01 — Churn
Every month brings a new model. Teams trial tools, keep a few, drop the rest, and never settle on a common way of working.
02 — Craft
The biggest worry creatives have isn't job loss. It's losing the craft. We teach the habits that keep your work recognisably yours.
03 — Consistency
One great clip is easy. Fifty shots with the same face, the same world and the same light take a method, not luck.
04 — Accountability
Who owns the output, what has to be disclosed, and what a revision costs. We cover these so they don't trip you up later.
Classes & packages
Online sessions are live, in small groups, and recorded for participants. In-person workshops run at your office or at a venue we arrange. Prices are in US dollars, before tax and travel. Ask us about private sessions for your team.
For leadership, creative departments, conferences and schools.
A clear, realistic overview of what the tools can and can't do today, demonstrated live. Then where the human fits, and what that means for how your team works.
For creative and marketing teams. Up to 16 people, no AI experience needed.
Hands-on from the first hour. Small groups take one idea through story, character design, look, generation, editing and sound, and leave with a finished 30–60 second film and a workflow they can use again.
For filmmakers, editors, animators and producers. Small groups of up to 12.
Our main course. One live session a week plus office hours, each person working on their own project. By week four you have a finished short and a pipeline you understand from start to finish.
For writers, scriptwriters and documentary makers. Led by Noel Sheehan.
How to use AI as a writing partner without losing your voice: research, structure, punch-ups and table reads, and knowing when to switch it off.
For musicians, composers, editors and sound designers. Led by Thor Whalen.
Generative music tools seen from a musician's point of view: sketching, arranging, stems, sound design and scoring to picture, plus the questions about rights and authorship that come with them.
For studios, agencies and in-house teams adopting AI for real.
We map how your team works today, pick the tools that fit and drop the rest, run training on your own projects, and leave a written playbook covering tools, review, rights, disclosure and budgets.
Prefer one-to-one? We also offer individual coaching for directors, writers and musicians working on a specific project. Get in touch.
